So on the way home from work today a blue SRT-4 pulls behind me on nall. He follows me onto the highway where the two of us get side by side at about 60mph. Holding my hand up I gave the 1, 2, 3 and hit it. At just above 100mph I hit the brakes to avoid rear ending traffic and had only pulled his front to my passenger mirror! Being much suprised I followed him off his exit onto state line road. We get beside each other and trade some revs, while he comically points at the girl in the passenger seat who was laughing and covering her face. We gave traffic a slight rolling road block (10 under) until we had enough room for a short 40 punch. He got a slight jump on me as the auto had to catch up with him, I shut down at 60 with him a half car up on me. Traffic would allow me to try and get him to pull over, would have loved to hear what he had done to his car.

I hope I get to run into him again after my header/y-pipe cutout and T/C install

Yeah. I'm toying with putting off installation and getting an as is pass. Really want to get every thing put on the car though. Gettng tired of seeing it when I do laundry.

I've had the car less than three months, and it spent 3 weeks of that in a body shop... Havnt had the time to mod her yet

Well Im not beating myself up over it. He got the jump down low and I chased so I raced. Up top I was pulling him so im confident the car is faster. I'm not sure yet what the car is running, KCIR isnt open yet so I havnt had a run. I'm probably going to go out once, and then have the headers pipe and dumps installed before the second trip. I'm planning on a stall before the third trip. All in all the car should be woken up alot more by the middle of the season.
