New Porsche Carrera GT I know this is the kill section but I just had to let you all know what I seen on the road today. The new Porsche Carrera GT. Man this is a sweet looking ride. I was able to pull up next to him and the guy was quite cool. We were on the freeway and I asked him to hit it and HE DID. He dropped down to about 30mph and hit it. That car got the f**k out of dodge QUICK. It was pretty cool to see a guy with a $400,000 plus car not be a anti social type guy. Hats off to him and his sweet ride.

A guy I know just got his back in November. It is such a piece of workmanship and quality, inside and out. And it is loud as hell when you step on it. I'll see if I can get some pics in the next few weeks, I think it's still packed away in his garage for the winter, but the days are getting nicer around here.

What freeway were you on what color was it and what did he look like?
To my knowlege theres only 4 of em in mi currently and I know ones sitting a garge with 600 miles on it and its owner probaly doesnt even ever look at it.

Here they had the Carrera GT sitting at the head of a line containing: a Bently Continental GT, a Ferrari F430, an Aston Martin DB9, A Masarati of some sort, and finally a Murcielago Roadster and a Gallardo.Total Time at car show: 2 hrs.
Time spent drooling over those cars: 1hr 45min.

dr becker most likely, theres 3 silver and one yellow that I know of 2 of the silver ones are my customers. I know ones sitting in its garage in permanat hyber nation. Becker drives his though ahd 1900 on it last time he was in and if you want to run hes the guy to run into, he took me for a ride 120+ down woodward in birminhgam at about 3 pm he doesnt care he bought the car to tear it up. Lucky for who ever races him he misses gears..............alot.

that is great! I actually got to play with one as well. A nice shiny black one. He nailed it, cut in front and I just followed right behind. When things cleared up I got next to him and was punching it to see if he would jump.
Good news is when he punched it the first time I didn't totally disappear behind him.... bad news is I don't know if he was at full throttle or not... I'm running close to 120 traps in the 1/4 so he may have been surpised when I didn't go anywhere.
Cool guy and def a nice ride. Next time have your ride out and run 'em.
