70's Mopar (Charger/Challenger maybe)
Well I'm not up to part with my Mopars, so I'm not sure. Great looking car and had some type of aftermarket design/stripe down the side of it.
I was in front of him turning from L. Creek Rd. onto Chesapeake. I shifted into 2nd at my normal RPM range ~2-2300. I heard him get on it and I waited for him to get closer and as soon as I could hear him nearing me I just got in it (allowing him to get the jump since he was going faster than I was). My car didn't pull that hard since I was in 2nd @ 30MPH, but as soon I hit 3500+ RPM's she started pulling pretty good.
Nice run and nice ******* car.
Oh yeah the cowl on the hood said "360 Four Barrel" and it sounded like it had a little cam in it when I was next to him at a light before we got into it.

Nice run on the mopar man. Was it a long car or a short car. Heres a picture of a Cuda they look exactly the same as the challenger I cant tell the difference anway.
I dont have a picture of a Charger maybe someone else on here does.

Well a friend of mine is somewhat of a Mopar guy and the only thing I can honestly remember is how the tailights looked because I was checking the car out beforehand at a stoplight.
The closest he could find to what they looked like were a set of Charger tails. I dunno what the hell it was. Another local said the 360's were slow and I should try to run a 440. I wouldn't mind running a 440 because I pulled on that 360 in 2nd gear @ 30MPH...that's pretty sad.

I remember some of the mopars from that era had "340-four barrell" badges on the hood scoop area. The 340 went low comp in 72;they were good from 68-71 but probably not as quick, stock,as a ls1 f body. The 360 came out in 74,I think.
