Saleen S281 SC killed I'll make this short and to the point.
Highway roll 80 to 110 mph: I gave the three honks and hit it, immediately got a half car jump just in time to hear the blower whine. Upon hearing this I whole heartidly expected to get pulled past but to my suprise I continued on to pull a car length (on top of the half car lead) and shut down at 110.
Rematch from a dig: Again I give the three honks and nail it on the third honk. The driver of the stang got too anxious and spun horribly from there on out it was pretty nasty. Looked like he shut down about the time I hit 80mph and had a bus or two put down on him.
I'm sure bluesix will chime in, he was riding shotgun at the time

Yeah, it was.
It was great when the kid wanted to go from a dig. I'm pretty sure he just dropped the clutch above 4K. All i could hear was screaming eaton and spinning tires. He didn't move too much.

was this the 2005 model? I sat in one today and I wasnt impressed with it interior wise.. looks good from the outside.. but the shifter felt like it was gona come off in my hand.

The SC Saleen S-281 is at the very top of my most hated cars list. It's the most overrated piece of grabage on the road. Nice rims and a body kit with absolutely no *****... so over-priced.
Anyone who would buy that over a Cobra needs serious help... I destroyed one at the drag strip last spring... stock LS1s will walk away from them.
