h/c ws6 vs 462cid 1980 trans am i met a guy at the local hangout last saturday and he told me he was looking to race someone with his newly stroke 400 trans am. i said lets go. we race 4 times. the 1st race i counted and ended up beating him bad so on the next run i told him ill give him the jump, well i did and when i hit it, i just melted my street tires through 1st and 2nd then missed 3rd so he got me that run. the 3rd & 4th run were about the same, we would both spin in 1st and then i would start to pull him in every gear by the top of 4th i had more than a few cars on him. he said his best was a 12.0@115. his mods were a 400 stroked to a 462, 15x casting heads, 9:1 compression, custom solid tappet cam 245@50, 750 holley DP, headers, muncie 4 spd, 4:10s, 3700lb car w/ him.
last night i took him for a ride in my car. he couldnt believe how fast a little 346 could be. he told me after we raced the other night, him and his friends were thinking i was on the juice. i told him i was all motor. it is nice being accused of being on nitrous though when you know your not.

brad, who the heck is "freeloader"? the guys name is gary. we got him on video smoking a talon last tuesday.
you gotta get your car out asap. my buddy with his modded z06 is moving right down the road from me so were gonna be out alot cruising and racing alot this summer. my other buddy that has the pullied 04 cobra is getting his license back next monday, i told him ill be right behind the mailman in the ws6 as they drop you brand new drivers license off
