Old Man in SVT Focus SVT ford focus passes on hiway; so I pay little attention to it and continue on my way just cruising at 60. I get in town and pull up to red light and this old man i would say about 70 yrs. old motions for me to roll my window down. He says I got the best of ya on the hiway back there. He arogantly tells me this is fords hot rod and you are going to loose when this light turns green. So its on and I wait; light changes to green and he takes off and jumps a car on me as I slowly take off in 1st. Then bury gas peddle in the carpet. My car breaks loose and slides sideways i let off and go for 2nd. He is 1 1/2 cars behind and I let off. Then start laughing because another red light and he is slowly creeping up behind me. I try to get his attention and will not look at me. 
He probably figured his zetec would kick in!

I saw some SVT Focus messing with a G35 Sedan the other night. He thought he was a badass so I figured if he liked playing with the 4 doors, he wouldn't mind playing with an old truck. So I get up next to him and he won't even look over at me. We're just pacing each other and he starts to slowly pull ahead of me, about a car, then punches it from no where. I get into it a pass him by 65-70 and take it to 90 (starting from 55). Of course he wouldn't even look over and was acting like nothing happened. This guy was about mid-late 20's though, not 70, thats just funny. You'd think being that old he'd know what a "hot-rod" was? He's known as a salesmans dream. Good kill.

what a waste of money!!!! i used to work with a guy who said his SVT focus would smoke buddys lightnig. sure enuff they race and focus bites the dust. he sold it and bought a truck!!!!!

^^^^^^^^ What he said. I kept up with a SVT Focus some chick was trying to get me off the line while my buddy was hitting on her... kept up in my '02 TrailBlazer... ok ok... she got about 1/4 of a car on me from the launch... 1st gear in TB's blow *** for racing... duhhhhh...
