Default 02wrx vs. 04 BMW M3

Well I normally don't post my wrx kills but since I want my number to go up on my favorite site maybe I might start. Hope you all don't mind even though it is sorta rice. Well I was coming home from my girlfriends house when I hit the highway at like 2am a few days ago. I am cruising along at like 75-80mph when I see a white m3 ahead of me and as I go by him I get a gut feeling he didn't like it and sped up to catch me(wheeled him in). I slow to like 65ish not much but a little and so does he, we both floor it and I suprisingly hung with him up to 120ish then we both let off for traffice but my automatic turbo 4cylinder hung at highend speed with a 300hp 6cylinder. I could not believe it that we were nose to nose at those speeds . I was very happy with my car and just wanted to let you all know about it.

M3's aren't as fast as everyone gives them credit for unless the car is the one doing the launching. It's the Honda of German cars all hp no tq. My friend drove a R32 w/chip & exhaust(not even his) and beat an M3 from 3 seperate launches and once from a 40 roll. We had two he had three in the cars.

Good kill for a WRX from a 70 roll, the kids R32 that we were driving had a WRX with auto and a lot of mods that he gave to his brother and he would always come back with M3 killing stories too.

oh yeah and you don't get a post counter++ from posting in here

I raced a bone stock M3 and barely pulled him I was actually impressed with what they had to offer. I would take a brand new m3 if one was givin to me. I think for a all motor inline six they are pretty darn quick.

the M3 is a very capable car, even smith ran one to 12.8-12.9. also, the m3 wasnt built for drag racing. i go to alot of NASA events and the e36 and e46 m3's are dominant over the sti's, evo's, r4's, ect.
