C6 Z06 vs. CL65 AMG [VIDEO!!]
Bone stock C6 Z06 about a week old vs. CL65 AMG + chip reflash & exhaust, rumored at 675+hp.
From a 60 roll up to about 170mph

All I can say is wow!!! Very close race. Toss some LG headers and better intake on that Z06 and there will be very few on the street who could take you. I'm very impressed with the new Z06's

Holy crap guys, don't be so skeptical. IT IS A Z06. I was stating it, not contemplating it. If you actually look close you can see it is. And for the rest of the proof, here's the CL65 owners local thread http://lvfbody.com/forum/showthread.php?t=20462 his car is well known.

Guys, that WAS a Z06. The Z WAS BONE STOCK and had a passenger. The CL is a Rennetch pushing 670+bhp and 900 ft-tq and did NOT have a passenger.
The Z06 was ahead by 1 car up to 140, and that was when the CL started reeling the Z in and ended 2 cars ahead by 170 mph.
If you ask me, that is DAMN impressive for the C6 Z

all this skepticism is driving me freakin nuts though.
To clear this up you guys need to see the full sized video I have been trying to offer without anyone helping me host. So... I uploaded it to that putfile site so you can atleast enlarge the video to see it.
NOW, do me a favor. Click on the 800pixel size at the bottom and watch it. Yeah... umm sure looks like a Z06 to me.

besides, people are having enough trouble beliving the Z06 hanging with this car, let alone a regular C6, I only know of one that would do it right now and it's on nitrious with headers.
If you're too lazy to do that then look at this.
