First Race with the N20
A Mystic Cobra I belive it to be a 96, all kinds of stickers, mostly likely flowmasters. At a stop light in, I see him and pull up next to him, look over he nods and the light goes greens, I probably didn't need the spray but did it anyway. Man no contest it was great. My car pulls like a mother now. Went to about 80ish, he was a pretty good distance back. I slowed and he went by, he did give me the thumbs. It was a good day.

Nice kill. I do have 1 question. How many people here have had N20 mess up their car in a way that they cannot blame it on the user/install??? How safe is N20 when not done direct port injection style??? You people running N20, has it worn things out faster?? (reason i ask is we(dealership i worked for) had a modded 95 firehawk that had had n20 on it and it was smoking at only 66K miles)

Nice kill.
That's just too bad. something else might be going on,like too big of a shot-200 hp,or tuning issues that were not fixed till too late.
Personally i have 95,000 miles on my car, with not even alittle smoke or loss of oil. I have been spraying a 100 dry to a 150 wet for the last 60,000 miles all with a loose convertor(4000 rpm).
Can't say just putting nitrous on a car/using nitrous will wear out your motor, something else usually has to help wear it out too.

definitely sounds like it was running too lean and scorched a piston to me. Probably a tuning problem or maybe an overrev. Did it have a window switch? If the guy was just a moron and put the n2o in F&F style, there's a million things that could go wrong.
Good kill man, any numbers with the juice?

Yeah I am small stuff right now 75 shot dry, window switch 3200 to 5400 rpm, and fuel pressure switch.
I had it tuned and the cars also sports a 12 bolt w/4.10s, Mcleod twin disk,
Chromley driveshaft, 3 inch cat back, LS6 intake and a bunch of small stuff.
No numbers yet, waiting to install my cam and do my Mac mid lengths.
