got a story for ya

a bit though

when i lived in germany

my father had a silver 1966 or some **** volkswagon bug..... it had this SWEET *** runnin engine and the body was rusted out and made the loud whurruing noise u get with big trucks with big tires...

well were crusin around town in it... and we pull up to a red porsche garerra at a light.... well his blinker was on and had been on for a while... we try and tell him but the rich **** stuck his nose up and didnt listen... so my dad got cocky and revved the lil bug up... well he revs back yaa de yada... green light!

my dad beats him off the line with smoke and front tires come off the ground....hit second gear 25mph... were a fender ahead... third gear 45mph car length now.... the porsches revs drop... he JUST then shifted... and the second he shifted.... he zoomed by.....both our jawsdropped and we giggled like little ****** school girls the entire way home

we lost but still kind of interesting....

drivin on the autobahn... one of those ferarri spiders just ZOOMS by... the second he passes us...... a light blue 69 charger with a big *** blower stickin out and meaty tires jerks around and passes his *** and burys him and just KEEPS going American Muscle Baby

Ill have to call BS on the second story and "he was playing with you until 2nd gear" on the first as well as no, the bug prolly didnt lift the tires....

but then again it was a "story"

it might just be a story but this guy live a few houses away from me, he has a bug thats built pritty good and he launches it up and down the street when he tunes it and it pulls the wheels every time.

I lived in Germany for 5 yrs. The Germans do not allow cars to have any rust on them at all. No surface rust nothing. If you have rust through they can impound your car if they catch you.

Right on Cunfuzed, they will actually punch a metal spike through your fram/subframe if they see a spot of rust. If the spike goes through, you dont get a sticker. They are VERY **** about what gets on the autobon.

Also no stock bug is going to lift the wheels and beat a Porshce away from the line, you've been watching too many Herbie films.

I think a stock bug does 0-60mph in about 25 seconds for the slower variant and the more powerful ones where around 17 seconds 0-60mph, if memory serves.

A built or modded one is a different story however, as thoes flat 4's are pretty darn bullet proof. I think the BUG still holds the record for the fastest 4 cylinder car in the 1/4 mile.

1. no way in HELL was it stock.... my dad had to do all kinds of metal work to get the engine to fit

i think it was a v6 engine from an opel manta??? idk it was radical
