SRT-8 Charger v.s. Me
Ran a kid who just drove back from the dodge dealer in his brand new silver SRT-8 charger. His dad just bought it for him and was saying how its got 430hp and its a 6.1 liter he didnt know too much about cars. So my friends like hey thsi kids trans am here makes 350hp and is a 5.7 liter. So the kids like ya ill beat him i have way more Hp and more liters i felt bad because it was brand new but i had to show this kid what the hell a LS1 can do. We go to road and run from a dig he takes off a 1/2 car early i dump at 2k and spin 1st and 2nd but already ahead of him I let off at the 1/8mile mark we have and im a good 2 cars ahead. 2 of my friends filmed it and the kid was amazed when he turned around and came back. I could only imagine if i sprayed the 150 shot on him.
Im full bolt ons and 4.10 with NX 150shot. No nitrous used this race. And a tune.

Nice Kill, I don't like shittalkers. Especially ones who don't even pay for thier ride, or alteast try to.
Pound for Pound, the 6.1 out muscles the LS2. Thank god those cars are heavy girths.

350hp at the wheels maybe...... Big difference, nice win. Being modified makes it easy.
stock for stock, it's a drivers race with those srt-8s. Damn things are quick. I'd give them the edge with equal drivers.
and those hemi's are nasty on the bottle.

Stock SRT-8s are slow as hell cause of the weight. Much nicer car over all I believe, although Dodge's long term build quality is spotty at best. I dont get how it's a drivers race between an SRT-8 and an LS1 car. Most car rags cant get the SRT-8 into the 13s and most LS1s out there arent stock anymore. Much like the 5.0 mustang you gotta really look for a stock LS1 car.

You guys would love the SRT-8 Charger my engine shop just modded. It's got a nice little Procharger on it running 10 PSI and a 150 shot. No numbers yet but it looks bone stock. It oughta surprise a few peeps out there.

What, lol, that's too funny. There's a few running 12s just like ls1s and the average srt runs low 13s? All bone stock.
Just a stall puts all of them in the 12s on street tires. Hell, just DRs put them in the 12s. NO srt has a problem hitting 13s, rofl.
And 150 shot on those damn things runs 11s all day long.

srt-8s do not struggle to get into the 13s except maybe the jeep lol. that's really, really funny. the cars do weigh around 4,000 lbs, but they've still got over 400hp/400tq. nothing to take lightly.

+1 those cars are fast.. Just a little heavy i have seen a stock srt-8 run 12.8 but also low 13's so they make very good power for that heavy *** car.. **** imagine that motor in my little formy..?
