Finally some Miami Racing 440whp Cobra VS E55 AMG VS C5 Z06 Man this was SOO close. They ran from around 45 to 160-170+ each time and man it was SOOO close. Seriously this is some of the best racing I've ever gotten on film.
The first race sick... they started off a little low for the cobra and caught it in a bad spot so you see the Benz jump out ahead initially but he doesnt pull any further.

The next clip is the next few times we ran, a C5 Z06 with what sounded like a full exhaust from the headers back and possibly a mild cam decided they wanted to play around but kept getting off the gas around 90-110. You can see the Benz jumped early on one of the races and you can also see that in the last video when they do take off together its seriously neck and neck all the way from 50- around 170 (we dont know how fast he got going but the speedo was deff pegged for a while)

LOL EVERY ONE IN MY CHEM LECTURE 100 people just herd how nice your car sounded I turned the vid on a had the speakers all the way up lol. it sounded like the damn race was going right down the isle. Sick race nice car

Friggin's benz is no joke EH? I'd be pissed if that was at my door.
Judging by the lack of action from the vette,....which was clearly on it,...I'd say it was nothing more then a bolt-on car, possibly full exhaust. No cam...I don't think. If the stang is making 440rwhp,...the vette would have had to have about 380-400 rwhp to BEAT the stang at those speeds. So, it was probably not very modded. Regardless,...it got beat by a couple of sedans.

There hasnt been any racing scene on Oakee lately..its been pretty slow

Ah..ok, I couldn't tell form the vdieo, the vette looked like it was getting bitch smacked.
I have been chilling, plotting, and planning. Laying low. Marco's **** is still broke but, it's coming to my shop this week to start piecing it back together. I'm not looking forward to it, since I have to do it AFTER work hours. It's gonna be tough.

No ****, right. Ford migh as well send them out with a pulley and a tune. Every cobra I have ever seen, has ATLEAST that, usually more.
What have people gone in cobra's,...as far as top speed wise. I know diablosport sponsers one on the salt flats,...I don't think it is highly modded but, I don't think it has topped 2 bills yet. But, I dunno.

I found out that the CLS55s dyno stock at 445whp and 48xwtq, and I think they are around 4000lbs
The cobra we were in was a mystic convertible so its prob around 3800lbs, add my 200lb *** and that evens out the weight difference. The cobra had dynoed earlier that morning 44xwhp and 46x wtq.
No wonder things were so close
BTW that car was surprisingly stable at high speed. MUCH more stable than my buddies Fbody at similar speeds. The back end of my buddies FBody got quite light around 160 when he came off the gas a little too quickly once.
This wasnt even close to a concern in the cobra. I was actually surprised how well it handled for such a big heavy car

My car won't make it anywhere near 200mph with the 3.90's out back.
I'm turning 3,00rpm at 80mph in 6th gear. Sounds like I'm racing everywhere
I go when I'm on the highway.
