Me vs 03 Lightning Here are a couple quick vids of me and my brother inlaw having alittle fun last night. His truck is an 03 lightning with a 5lb lower, TB, intake, exhaust, ect. He is rolling on 22's which does hurt him. My car is a 00 SS with cam, exhaust and a rear. He needs a new tune and I NEED a tune. Either way, enjoy the vids and let me know what you think. THANKS

wow venomized! it looks like your car is a rocket off the line! have you done anything to your suspension? care to give any tips of yours? sweet kill!

Yeah, poor lightnings aren't squat from a roll. He had his best chance from the dig. I owned one, and those things felt good off the line, but from a roll they felt so sluggish. But, what do you expect? It's a truck... it's got a LOT of weight it's hauling around. I couldn't touch many LS1's in mine. Nice videos.

SDM: Not really any tricks to racing on the street. I tryed launching at about 2500 and riding the clutch but if you look closely, I am sideways in second gear on both the dig runs. I have no suspension mods, only eibach prokit.
UNIT: His lightning is faster from a roll though b/c he has 22's which makes him spin bad also. He likes a 20 roll b/c he said thats when its the fastest. Its a sweet lightning. I think one of the nicest ones around, if not THE nicest one. Heres a pic of the lightning,

Nice car. Nice truck. You zapped the lightning...I thought it would have been a little closer. Maybe a little closer with some wheels and tires on the truck from a dig...
