stock vs stock how good would my a4 99 t/a go up against a 01' mustang saleen manual? my buddy has been braggin all week when he comes down we are racing...just wanted to get some facts from you guys thxs...

S281 is the base saleen with the stock motor, it can also have the supercharger option, the S351 is the motor upgraded expensive saleen with over 500hp, he'll kick your @$$ if he has the S351, non-s/ced S281, you'll win, s/ced S281 he'll win but not by much

thinkin i should put down the jack and get one, but i cant give up the t/a for what he paid not worth it i think i spent way less and if i can at least keep up with him somewhat i still won haha...

The only problem with the Saleen's Mustangs is that the name
Saleen Mustang
is just so much cooler than saying something like Lingenfelter...
Saleen....
Of course it is a lot of fun beating a base Saleen with a stock LS1, the look you get and the look the *** in the Saleen gets are priceless.
Especially when the primary mod on the Saleen is a Saleen sticker on the windshield.
