About wrecked a LS1 a few mins ago
Well I was on my way home from Wendy's and I get up to a redlight with a LS1 Trans Am. As soon as my car gets down to idle and my cam starts talking the guy in the T/A looks over and smiles. I smile back and rev. He starts laughing at me cause its pouring rain outside and revs back at me. I laugh at him and point ahead and he keeps laughing and cracks his window and holds his hand out a second to feel the rain. I shrug my shoulders and rev jokingly. He shakes his head as out light turns green. I rev up alittle and dump the clutch and play the throttle and go hardly anywhere. I hear him get into it and his car starts spinning just as bad. He is pulling on me alittle and I slam 2nd gear and the car REALLY starts to spin hard. I ease the throttle down to around 3,500rpms and play it and I get alittle traction and pull my half car back then get back in the throttle and the car gets alittle out of the grove again I hear him catch 3rd gear and see his tail almost go into the next lane and he lets out. I hit 3rd and get out of the throttle and ease back into it as he lets out and put its in a high gear. I let out too and throw on my flashers since I was ahead. He pulls back up next to me laughing and shrugs his shoulder and I laugh and point at his car and give him a thumbs up. He gives me a thumbs up back and we go on our way. It was fun, glad neither one of us hit eachother! I must say I've never raced in the rain like that before. Gives me a new respect for 1,500rwhp cars on the road trying to get traction.

you need 1500 hp to spin your tires in the rain????
Shiet, my 325hp, 5500 lb Yukon spins the tires like a top fueler in the rain....
congratuf-inlations......
You should get the new QA1 "R" series shocks... i hear the "R" stands for rain..... should allow you to drag the bumper in a friggin monsoon....

He meant cars with 1500hp probably spin that bad on dry roads.

But then again racing in the rain is a good way to either die or at the very least lose a large portion of your wallet fixing a smashed up car....... or worse running over some innocent person..... just not a good overall idea.....
