Ran 04 Cobra with ported blower from a roll three times
And won all three.
From approx 60, 50, and 40 mph. I had no passengers, he had one. He honked it off and we got great, even starts every time.
It was essentially dead even until he had to shift. You can't outshift an auto.
His listed mods: H/E, T-56(viperspec), Subframe conn., Spec III, Ported S/C
His best time posted (publicly, anyway) is 12.5@115 . I am not sure how recent that time is, what mods he had at the time, or how his car was running today. I might find out more specifics later.

"Stiegemeier Stage IV, profiled and blueprinted rotors, and ported rotor case. 3.0" pulley (12-13 #s boost), still have the stock belt which causes a little slip. The whole job only adds around 25-40hp with supporting mods, you can however get 60+ with a 2.66" pulley. I was getting alot of heat lock between shifts (5500+), I was starting in 2nd at 4300 (50mph?), and it would run up the tach fast, shift at 5800, muscle it in to 3rd and would be at 3500 or so, then get on it, didnt go into 4th. The trac was on, I was thinking about taking it off on the on ramp but then we took off and that was that. From a dig with slicks ill hook real well, thats when I pulled the 12.5 in Houston. It look like you still had gear left when I was shifting, or your auto is crazy lol. Either way you still have a fast car!"

Nice kill!! i thought he would take you since his trap speed is higher than yours!! but nevertheless, good svt kill!!!! I beat plenty of 03/04 cobras with pulleys and bolt ons... it seems to me tho, that they arent the best drivers in the world... maybe they should have an auto option!! lol jk

Ported Blower My ***! But nice kill though. I hate when people lie to you or beat around the bush about what mods they actually have done. A 12.5@115 probably isn't even pullied.

I agree. Who does a stage 4, and keeps a 3"? 2.66" is the best size I have heard yet....shifting at 5500, R U SERIOUS?
