Default challenger srt8 vs 01 ta

I was driving to work last night, and saw a challenger off to the side out of the corner of my eye. I reved up at him, and he pulled out of the parking lot he was in, and what do you know the light in front of me turned red, and he pulled up right next to me on a dead highway.

My third and 4th gear syncros are out which made it a pain but, I pulled him horribly in first, just as bad in second, then i know this is mean to the car but i forced it into third. With the syncros being out it was a bitch to get it into gear and by the time it got in he was pulling back up on me. I got it in, then pulled away. Same senario for 4th, but i didnt pull him as bad. then 5th came and i still pulled him but even less.

The guy asked me to pull over, and i talked to him. The car had only 80 miles on it, and he said he was a little afraid to push it to hard with the engine being so new, so the car had more in it. They dont seem to pull very hard in low gears, but pull alot harder in the higher gears. The guy said when i revved at him he laughed and said "haha some kid in a trans am, then when we took off i thought OH ****!" HAHA

The car was beautiful though! Dodge did a way better job with this car, than the charger. If you dont have a pretty build car, than i wouldnt mess with one.

Nice kill. Even on it's best day it couldn't match up with you. The owner's manual states no WOT in 1st gear during break-in, but occasional in 2nd or higher is okay.

You mean something like a 383 that only traps 115 yet pulls on 600 cc street bikes? .

Good job, you beat a car thats %100 stock with a inexperienced driver. You must be proud.

Not so harsh, these are the questions that will always arise when street racing kills get questioned. No harm in explaining your set up in more detail.

I dont know about you but i dont know anyone who knows how to drive their car after not even putting 80 miles on it. I geuss anything is possible when you can pull street bikes w/ a 115 mph trap speed.

Nice try w/ the ignorance comment tho. Next time just take some time to stop and think before you post.

lol u guys are funny ... but really i dunno about ten lengths on that car ... maybe it was the v6 or suttin ... but u do know the srt is put like 440 on the ground or something ... thats pretty admirable for a stock car in my book ... so ure car must be hella fast ... but really cant we all just get along?
