Does my car look lowered?
Trying to decide if the previous owner might have put lowering springs on it. A few people here in my introduction thread said it looks a little bit low in the back, and the more I look at other cars the more I agree. The front air dam hits the driveway backing out more often than my 1994 Z28 did for sure. The last picture shows the back at what appears to be stock height, but in the other pictures it looks a little bit low. Let me know what you think.

Secondly, IF the car has had lowering springs installed, but not an adjustable PHB, the RR wheel moves out further, and appears to close the gap between the top of the tire and the top of the fender opening. Whereas on the LR, the tire goes in further, and away from the fender, creating a larger gap, and visually, it looks "higher".

It could be the crown of the road. In the first pic you will see that the rear pass tire is at the highest point of the crown, where the other two diagonal tires are at the low point. I would get under there and check it out if you are really unsure. The heater hose mod would lower the rear of the car. If you want to have a quick guess, I'd lower your rear seat back and see if the carpet has been cut for access to the rear shocks (the carpet needs to be cut to pull the shocks out, which lets the rear springs out), and also look on the front shock towers under the hood to see if there is any evidence of a socket being placed on them for replacement of the front assemblies. My shocks and springs are yellow and white (Koni/Strano combo) so its easy to tell they aren't stock.

i dont think it's lowered. my 96 camaro had nearly the same miles on it with stock suspension and it sagged like that
and yes, i know, others here have that many miles or more and dont sag. cool.

Got underneath of it today. Everything looks normal, except that the rear bump stops are a little bit chewed up and dryrotted. Stock decarbons, black springs. Although one of the black springs had what appeared to be orange or red spots coming through the black paint, like they had been repainted. Long story short, still no certainty either way.
