Default hose mod for rear

Can anyone find a link on how to do the hose mod for the rear of our cars? I just bought a pair of Koni 4x4's and will keep the stock springs, but i want to lower the car to what the Koni's will allow. Thanks!

Just to make things a bit easier I'd put some dish soap on the springs to help make it easier to slide on the hose. Other than that it's pretty straight forward.

No, it's because it's actually easier to search LS1Tech from Google than it is to use the search function here

Link to guide

Thumbs up

You want 5/8" oil/fuel line hose, not 3/4".
And buy 3 ft., 18" per. spring, when installing the hose spray a mild soap/water mix in the hose, and extend the hose 1/2" to 1" beyond the spring end.

I lubed mine w/ grease and used vice grips to pull it. I was done in 5 min doing both springs. Make sure mark the original position of the springs on the axle before you remove so you don't get the uneven height after you lower it.

I'd put it at a 1 (super ******* easy). Time frame would be about 1/2 hour.
