Default HELP W/brakes

i recently purchased a new set of powerstop rotors and pads because my old ones were severely warped. the front driver side went on without a problem but as i went to do the passenger side i finished getting everything installed and when i torqued the tire back on the entire thing locked up and wont spin. i had a friend tell me that it could be the caliper bracket but i dont know. any one else run into this problem??

Make sure your caliper slides on the caliper pins freely. The pins and the sleeves inside the caliper will flat-spot. Sometimes, when the calipers are reinstalled, the pins will rotate, the flat spots are no longer aligned, and the mechanism seizes.

If your pins are seized, you'll have to replace them. (They are available through any parts store.) First, you need to take your wheel/caliper off and see what is going on.

Could also be something making the brakes stick. Bad hoses, etc.
