Eh, I enjoyed it while I had it, got a new nitrous kit, and it wouldn't clear the brace. I did the stb and subframes at the same time, and car felt alot tighter.

Hello
I noticed that you are looking into a strut tower brace. And I just wanted to leave you know that UMI Performance offers a 2 point brace that will help with reinforcing your strut towers and tightening up the front end. Below is a link to show you what we have to offer.

http://www.umiperformance.com/catalo...ttrm777cd0l284

If you have any other questions feel free to ask.
Thanks
Brad

And also if you have the slp lid you could go with the slp brace, it brings the bay together nicely.

I would get SFC before a STB. I have UMI and would recommend them.

It makes a great thing to lean on while you work on or detail the motor, LOL

Whats your goals?

If I was you I would say and put that money towards Konis

The STB does help a very small amount IHMO, but I do have one and its "cheap"........but I think a panhard bar is lot better and only 150 for a good one.

I was in the same position as you, I had a catback and lid and was looking to do some suspension/chassis mods, and I ended up going with a STB but let me tell you it didn't do a damn thing, but its cheap, looks good and I have used it to lean on when working on the engine
If your looking to make the car more stable, planted and solid don't waste your time on anything else but good shocks (*cough* koni *cough*). These cars feel like they are flexing because of how the stock shocks are valved, gives that disconneced, loose and jarring/jittery feel.
Konis are easily my favorite mod and I would never own another fbody without them.

get a black one...they look cool but it's not a night and day difference for performance-subframe connectors would be a better investment IMO...but u could just do both too lol

I've also heard of people cracking their windshield with a 3 point (triangular) designed ones tho...plus i dont think they look as good...
