LCA question
To start off, car has 122k on it and is a true dd. It has Koni 4/4s, strano springs, watts link, strano sway bars, and LCA relocation brackets.
Should i replace the bushings in my control arms with poly bushings? Advantages? Disadvantages? differences?
Should I just invest in UMI LCAs with the roto-joints? Ride difference? Handling Difference? Noise? Pros and cons?
Appreciate any insights.

Hello,
Based on your set up it looks like you are going more for handling than anything? If so I would recommend the Roto-Joints on at least one end for you. The Roto-Joints do not bind like poly bushings, they are virtually noise free while still maintaining a comfortable ride. Here is a set too look at I would recommend- Roto-Joint/Poly combination
Please let me know if I can help anymore. Thanks!

For a great handling street car the UMI poly/roto-joint is the way to go, if you do some competion the double roto-joint would be a good, but for a DD I'd go poly/roto & would complement that great set up you have

The poly end will bolt to the unibody and filter noise but has less flex than the stock rubber bushings, the roto-joint end will let the suspension move more freely and less binding under hard cornering than a poly/poly set up + the roto-joint is adj. & are able to rebuild.
