I can get you the Racecraft spindles. They are 2" drop spindles and require aftermarket brakes. They are an off road piece though.

i cant drop the car that much due to how i have the exhaust set up cuz i have long tube headers on it and they hang down pretty far under the car. i was more or less lookin for a light weight set of spindles that still retained the factory height, do u have anything similar to that???

I have wondered the same thing for a long time. It would be great if someone could make forged aluminum spindles that are direct replacements and are street duty capable.

I too, have also wondered about replacements or just cleaning & painting them.
Seems it's the only area that's been neglected & pretty much everything else under these cars is replaceable for something that's an improvement over the stock piece in some way.

If Wilwood majes a 3rd gen brake we could use them. The spindles are about 6 pounds each. The CM is as light or better than an aluminum part.

Could they be drive on the street reliably over train tracks, and other road irregularities like potholes? That's what I'm thinking. The OP might be considering a race application on a smooth track.

THey are not as strong as cast iron and will not take the abuse of constant deep potholes and train tracks that are more like mountian ranges.

How soon can these be had? I know yours weigh 6 lbs what does a factory spindle weigh? Specifically I am looing for a set with stock or 1 inch drop and aerospace brakes. Also are you a Areospace dealer? If so do you know the part number for the bracket to allow dual calipers to be installed on a moser 12 bolt using the factory 4th gen backing plate bolt pattern but the large ford bearing. What I want to do is put new stuff on the front. I already have Aerospace on the rear I just need the bracket to allow me to put 2 sets of calipers on the rear. I know they make it as I have seen several turbo cars with this setup but I cant find a part number and emails to Aerospace have not been returned. Let me know if I need to order them in advance (the spindles) and if you can get me the bracket and how much it is. If you check with Chuck I just sent a deposit (Money Order) to you guys week before last as one of my cars is headed your way for a cage in November. If I could pick the spindles/bracket up at the same time and save some shipping that would be great.
Thanks
Rob

We can have a set out in a week. If I remember right the stock ones are in the 20 - 25 pound range. Maybe more, I can't remember.

We can get the caliper bracket and extra caliper as well. I'm not at the shop and don't have the part number.

I would order the spindles and rear brake stuff in advance and we'll have it ready for you.

FYI, LT1 spindles are 24.5 lbs each with hubs (tried to sell them but they aren't worth the cost to ship). The LS1 spindles I swapped in felt slightly lighter but I didn't weigh them.
