eGay springs.
Gentlemen, I'm tired of rolling around like a monster truck. I've been looking around on eBay and have found a bunch of low end lowering springs ranging in price from $80-∞. Now let me make it known that I'm not looking for a performance suspension, ride quality is not an issue, this is simply a temporary cosmetic fix until spring time. I'm looking to spend under $150 shipped.
So here are a few of the products I've found, any insight on any of them and also what drop I should choose (1.4, 1.5, 2" etc...) I want it to be pretty low.

anything more than 1.5" really needs more than just springs. the suspension geometry changes too much after that. LCAs and a PHB are really recommended for the rear. The front will suffer camber wear but im not sure if 1.5" will cause a lot of it. Im no expert but if I were you, Id get with Sam Strano. Hes a straight up guy and will tell you what you need based on the amount of drop youre looking for...

Why not wait it out for a holiday sale to pop up or save up and get a spring with a good reputation. Our springs deliver a nice, aesthetic drop, and the spring rate improve handling in conjunction with the lower center of gravity without negatively impacting the way the car rides. Not to mention, they come with a lifetime warranty against defects or sag, so you know you're buying a quality spring that will retain it's shape and performance.

That's what I'm thinking. Time to go to the hardware store haha.
I hadn't looked that hard, I didn't realize the spring prices were so reasonable, any idea when said holiday sales might happen?
looks great man! How much drop did you see? Is the 1.25 pretty accurate? I think I'd want to go a bit lower than that.

One thing to keep in mind while we are considering a temp fix is the headaches of the rusted shock nut. Depending on how rusted it is.. you could potentially also need new mounts or shocks. So while a temp fix might sound good.. just keep that in mind that it could be more work than expected.
