Well my buddy bought a set of used umi lowers last week that need a new set of ball joints. Went to local parts store bought a set for 98 camaro and they are 1/8th inch different diameter than the umi ones. Didn't realize these were special type and there's no info on their site about replacement lowers only the upper. Any ideas?

The ball joint part # is K6145T, it is the same ball joint that is used in a factory a-arm. I hope that helps, Ryan

Glad to help. Yes double check the P/N, the P/N can be cross referenced to any brand and every brand will be a little different.

What about the UMI tubular upper a-arms, I need to replace my upper ball joints?

The upper ball joints is the same as a factory ball joint. So order upper ball joints for a 93-02 Camaro/Firebird. The part # is K6462
