Default vibrations

Hate to bother people but my 98 Trans Am is at it again...vibrations every where. So bilstein HD with stock springs, new tie rods, new tires, balanced several times, alignment checked at 3 different locations and each said it was aligned perfectly. What can be causing my vibrations? to explain the vibrations think of the steering wheel vibrations, passenger and driver seat feeling vibrations, passenger seat shakes side to side, and you can feel vibrations on the shift ****. Can someone help me diagnose my car?

ps. air pressure at 30psi all 4 tires, running torq thrust 2 wheels which are hub centric and I have also replaced my wheel bearings and hubs. 64k miles on the car itself.

Engine and/or trans mounts? Control arm bushings? Ball joints? Torque arm bushing?

Steering Rack problem? Bad U-Joint? Bad Pinion bearing?

Is it a speed-sensitive vibration? RPM Sensitive? Do you notice it in one gear more than another? do you have any aftermarket or loose aero?

You should check out your transmission mount, switching to a poly mount has always made a huge difference in vibration at low throttle cruising speed in higher gears.

For instance, my buddy in his LT1 96 M6 has HORRIBLE vibration issues, part throttle anything lower than 1800rpms, swapped the trans mount to a new poly mount, solid as ever.

I think I might just switch to poly mount, but for the guy who said bad u joints (they are new), pinion bearing (clunks when I shift into Drive).

friend of mine told me that my lower and upper ball joints are bad that is why my car is getting vibrations at the steering wheel and the reason my steering is loose instead of tight how it use to be is because the rack and pinion is going bad. And to top it the pinion gear and rear diff might be bad that is why it clunks when I shift into Drive. (vibrations are always there but nothing you can really notice but get worse from speeds 50-75) could my friend be correct? Because the car feels smooth with a steering wheel wobble of some sort.

Bad ball joints at 64K? It's possible, I guess. I'd be POed if any of mine went south before 150K. I'd be more suspicious of front wheel bearings, especially if you like to do the twists and turns at high speed. I had one go bad on my G8 at 69K. Clunks going into drive could be several things. Can you describe the noise? For instance, is it more of a low thump, or a metallic "clack?"
