BMR springs + Hal's is a major headache. Wondering if any of you guys have had the same issue. The car is so stiff, even with the shocks set really soft there is barely any transfer @ the track. On the road the wheels (from an outside view) hop and bounce over bumps, they dont absorb the shock at all.
What springs should I replace these with to keep the ride height (or close to) and have the car ride like a normal car. The HAL's should allow me to stiffen/soften up the suspension.

I would be careful switching to ProKits. I had them with my Hals and with the Hal shock the rears dropped close to 2 inches. More like the Sportline drop. I use the QA1 spring up front and I just ordered the BMR rears only. I thought that the BMR's were suppose to be slightly stiffer than stock or similar to the Eibachs?

I've had major suspension issues since the beginning of the year. I picked up BMR springs with Bilstein shocks. The results were horrible. The ride was ultra stiff; especially in Chicago. (sold)
I then went to QA1's with stock springs with the isolators removed from the rear to lower the ride height. This was better riding with decent handling; but the removal of the isolator brought a noisier ride. I also never seemed to be able to get the ride and handling dialed in just right either. (stock springs removed)
I finally went with the SLP Eibach springs to complement my QA1's. This combination seems to be working great. I like the ride control and the ride quality is much improved. I also reinstalled the rear isolators.
Hope this helps.
