eibach sway bars

eibach sway bars
Anybody ever heard or used eibach sway bars? I did a search and nothing came up. SDPC has them for under 200. I was thinking about just going with all 1le components for my daily driver (springs, bilsteins, swaybars) but if these are better for the same price i'll look into them.

I thought I read in the past that the Eibach bars were going to be 32/21 solid, but I checked their website and it looks like they're listed as 35/25 now. I'm assuming they're solid, but the website isn't very descriptive and I haven't seen them in person. If that's true, though, they would appear comparable to the ST bars.

i dunno but i bought the kit for $202 shipped from sdpc or whoever had the special. I'm broke, im guessing that they are somewhat better than the stock z28 stock crap, and come with the bushings since eibach is usually pretty good at that.
The price fit my budget: BROKE.
seems to make sense to have them put on when the labour for eibach pro-kit and revalved bilsteins totals $300 (springs/shox/sways). I hear to do it all right is a pita and im not the mechanical type so let the man do it lol. I once let a dude do my vw suspension, he didnt tight up the bolts very well. That kinda crap scares me.
$300 labor seems fair to do all 4's and both sway's competently.
i'll let you guys know what i get whenever sdpc ships it over here. my thunderracing tubular subframes should be here tomorrow. hopefully sdpc2000 ships similarly fast cause he was a str8 up cool dude. I'll take pics and try to measure and the weight should reflect somewhat on the shipping bill lol

yes both bars, i assume it inlcudes the bushings too since eibach sells only one kit that i know of (in kit form). Seems to beat 1Le pricing and probably is red or something funky (might paint em black). And that sponsor is well known, he had a big inventory of em or they are EOL but if i recall correctly eibach parts are lifetime warranty to the original owner which may one up the GM stuff.
Exactly how do i measure 35mm or 32mm? i'm guessing its just 32mm but the tensile(right word)? of 32mm can be different based on construction of the steel/alloy so to say any 35mm is more rigid than any 32mm could be misleading. I do not have the engineer skills/gear to test if its better/worse than anything else. Crap $202 shipped both parts, in stock, fair enough.
I got a vw and bmw that outhandles this buick

damn they came but sdpc requires IN PERSON (no waiver) signature. i guess i'll dick around tomorrow and wait for them and post pics
it is on the ups kit "EIBACH SWAY KIT" so i assume that means the bushings tie rod but we will see. These were in stock, so any "new" eibach product maybe superceded this in-stock product resulting in the sale, can't confirm size yet
Be home or ship to work or you'll get the damn infonotice from ups.

okay if you are under 21 don't order these - adult 21 signature required lol.
measuring the RED painted bars came up with 33mm front, 24mm rear. both bars measured on the right arm length center (not direct middle)
these ****'s are heavy. The kit comes with a box of hardware (i assume the full deal since its heavy) didnt open it.
You might call them 32/22 bars but i measured several times and would give my eyes some error and maybe the paint is laid on THICk.
No way the front is 35mm including paint, fyi.
might ask eibach if you disagree or buy me a new ruler.
p.s. the box part # matches the current eibach 35/22 part #

update: much improved handling, very heavy bars compared to stock, works well so far with 16" (555R's in back) and revalved bilsteins. must say for the money i am happy. now for the 17x9.5 z06 replica's and some new shoes to boot i think i'll be happy with the handling of the car finally
