I'm not sure what the Bilstein sports are. Who sells them?

Either way, ask Sam what the difference is in compression and rebound. HDs are pretty good for a stock replacement, but I think they are on national backorder.

The Sports are used on the Z51 vettes if i recall and both LPE and LG sell them for the Fbody and the HD. It would appear to me that the Sports would work better with a lowered car then the HDs

Except for the fact Bilstein DOESN'T MAKE SPORTS FOR THE 4TH GEN.

Honestly A502slo, I think you are looking for any reason you can not to do what you need to do and slap a set of Koni's on there. This is at least the 3rd thread about shocks you've started, and I know we've talked at length twice. I'm not sure what more information you think you're going to get.

then maybe you should take off your lowering springs which do more harm than good. not trying to be a dick or anything, but quality and affordable do not go hand in hand.

besides, these cars sit so low in the first place i dont see why anyone is willing to risk lowering it for street use.

Save for the sways later.

use that money to get Konis and you can add sways anytime. You know good and while Sam can't lose hundreds of dollars and get in trouble and sell you konis for 350. Sounds like he has talked to you a good bit.

Wait on the sways go for konis.
