Default brakes

Ok, this is gonna sound like a stupid question to most of you but, how do i get rid of break dust? I changed the pads a few months back and i only see brake dust on the rear wheels and it's pissing me off because i gotta clean them every couple days.

Buy wheel dust shields from JC Whitney. They are inexpensive and work 100% to shield the dust.

But they trap heat.

Yes, they do trap heat but, for a street car, it is not too bad. I love mine and would not take them off since I hate dirty wheels.

Depends on your definition of "good".
I define good pads by their braking performance.
Pads that brake better dust more.

HPS aren't ceramic. I just got some Hawk HPS pads and my silver painted wheels are now black. Hoping they break in and stop putting out so much dust. Hawk and others say the ceramics produce the least amout of dust.
