Hit a pole!
Last night I was heading down i40 and was going about 65 mph. All of a sudden I hit a lightpole that had fallen across the highway. My cars front two tires hit it very hard and my car flew, as soon as i could i pulled over onto the side of the highway, a long with about 14 other cars that had hit it.
As soon as i got out of my car I had noticed out of every car, mine was the only one that had no flats! thanks to the z rated? But my headlight had popped up and it was hanging about a inch above the hood now and when i try to turn them on, they both get stuck. The only way i can get them open is to first open the hood. My hood also de-aligned itself a little bit. My car also vibrates quite noticeably when driving and only gets worse as my speed gets higher. My cars doesnt seem to pull to one side or another very much, if at all. So my questions are, what should I check for? Im taking it to a body shop and hibdons tomorrow to get it checked out for alignment, and damage.

So they just called me and with the headlight housing they want 2070 dollars, but without the housing the total comes to 1400.... They need to replace the subframe, steering knuckles, and headlight housing... Do theses prices seem right?

with all the labor involved i'd say that sounds about right... is insurance paying for it or is this out of your pocket? also it seems strange that you hit that thing at 65mph and it didn't bend the rims
