Default trucks about to be thump thumpin

Getting a camshaft put in tomorrow, can't wait anyone got any guess how much it should wake the truck up? Its the MTI R1 on a 112 LSA, 232/236 575/578. Its a truck 5.3 will lots of supporting bolt ons, full length headers, 80mm TB, air intake, E-fans, and 4.56 gears. Truck has a best of a 8.9 at kennedale, that was without the caltracs, and 80mm TB. Ran it with them but do to a fuel problem the truck was only trapping at 74mph, it trapped 79 before. But it did cut 2 tenths off the 60ft time 1.8s instead of 2.0s. Any guesses of new times? Will it be in LS1 fbody territory?

Caltracs are a type of lift bar used on leaf spring. Not to be confused with caltrops which were spikey anti-cavalry devices.

I just wanted a cam that let you know it was there. Hopefully i get some power and more rpms out of it too. Just wondering if its gonna be a noticable amount of power difference.

You gonna let me get a run at the t/a nick, it would have to be from a dig though i know i cant run with you on the highway? It would be awsome to get 40hp out of it but im not sure if im going to, the motor is pretty highmileage. Im just hoping it stays together for the next say 6 months or so spinning to 6500 rpms. I got bigger plans with more cubic inches in the works for when this motor lets go.
