Default Trying to find a 160 Thermo - Houston

Anybody have any ideas where to pick one up?

I picked up a universal 160 and then trimmed the diameter of the mounting lip to the right size. Cost like 5 bucks or something. It's easy to do.

I know what the upside is to the 160 t-stats but is there any downside or risk associated with them?

I've been running a 160* in mine for nearly 100k.... my heater doesn't get super hot...

I'll check tonight and see if i've still got it, I'm pretty sure the package says for an LS1...

You will know if its for an ls1 it will be made to the housing

People frown on Mr Gasket... Most thermos I saw were around $50.... Mr Gasket is significantly cheaper... I'm sure there is a reason...
