Are there any ls performance shops there? Whats the car/racing scene like there, moved away 10 years ago. I am thinking about moving there to go back to school.

Its a college station based car website and there are alot of people on there that are on here also. The car scene is decent their is a group of college kids and then there is a group of older guys. No performance shops that I know of but LMR and alot of other shops are located in Houston which is only an hour away.

yeah i would check out bcsstreet for sure. I lived in CS the past 2 years then moved back to houston to finish up school. Fun group of guys up there, i sure do miss it.

you've got your fair share of cobras, vettes, TAs and camaros here. of course we have big trucks as well. the meets are regular and they are good turn outs. lots of nice people. check out bcsstreet.com like everyone else has said. let us know when you're around

Yeah- just moved here at the beginning of the month and we go hang out every wednesdays, everyone seems polite, and we have alot of fun- or i have so far anyways..

Haha- i got almost arrested back in 07 for it in Indy.. 106 in a 40.. and the cops were like - you were goin pretty fast, and i was like- I was only in 3rd gear!

SLAP, click click click- your under arrest, blah blah blah- miranda rights..

waited an hour and the tow truck didnt show up so they let me go..
