Default Anyone know of a place where they can widen wheels?

Looking at some wheels and found the ones i like, but they only come in 19x9.5". I think thats too small for a 45mm offset in the rear. I wanted to widen them to possibly 19x10.5 or 19x11. If i did that would i need to get a different offset or what?

Preferably around the houston area as well....

Let me know.

$200 a wheel from wheels america (150 if you supply your own donor wheels). I widened my factory 30th wheels to 17x11".
