Agent - Damn right we can't. I don't know how things are done at Progresso'...But here at State Farm we are old fogies and consider typing a thing of the future (Typewriter anyone?), hence we DON'T even have the option to type in your model. I used to have it spelled like that in my sig as a joke, the E was bolded/italicized and people still sent me PM's out the *** telling me I misspelled it. I finally had to change it after my mailbox got stuffed a few times.
