here are a few pics of the z28 cell pics nonetheless but u get the idea. til i meet up with a friend to get better pics.

Looks like that MTI car with the 383 in it that was on the cover of GMHTP Magazine in 1998.

Don't worry Ross, I know the exact car your talking about but that car had Fikse FM10s on it, not CCWs. The article was called "rapid transit" or some thing along those lines.
