TPE West Cruise/Track Day - Sat, Sept. 19th
OK, folks......we are ready to get this one going. Following are the detailes about our upcoming cruise/track day.
BRING 2 WAY RADIOS
CONTACT - Matt 832-878-8982
CREATED BY - www.texasperformanceevents.com
MEET - 12 noon - Frankensteins Restaurant - 233 S Mason Rd in Katy, TX 77450 - (281) 578-3580 for Lunch
CRUISE - To Lonetar Raceway in Sealy along with Houston-T and his group
ACTIVITIES - 60-130 race event along with 1/4 mile drag
(for those that don't know - 60-130 is a timed event where they measure the time it takes you to get from 60-100 and 60-130. The results are graphed by Peter. A digital meter is placed in your car for this event...let's see who has the fastest 60-130 vehicle in TPE!!!)
Time: Gates open at 2:30 pm and track is hot from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm
Cost: spectators are $15 and racers are $50 (same as always)
The track will re-open at 7:00 pm and will be open to all 60-130 participants to 1/4 mile drag race until midnight!
Thought we might have a couple grills brought out and we can cook some meat, and whatever condiments.....?

I will be caravaning with a pretty fast group of cars.......all pretty high HP cars....SRT4, Viper, LPE Vette, 2 Cobras, and my yellow car (slow one of the bunch).
We have a broad variety of cars coming out, so if you think you're fast.....these are great grounds for your bragging rights.

No, you will have to pay a spectator fee of 10-15...whatever it is to get in...then you are good to go. If you choose to run the 1/4 later then you will have to pay another 20 for a tech card.
