Default issues with the car

Sometime it has trouble picking up speed, its like its sputters during take off, but after alittle while it seems to go away. If I stop somewhere itll end up doing it again. So I took the car to get checked and it, the codes it said was no o2 activity, something about the maf and that I have a misfire. Well I just changed the o2's about a week ago and I have a speed density tune. I checked all my coils, changed the plugs, and just recently got new plug wires. Now im lost. I checked my fuel pressure while using the haynes maintenance manual. I have about 51 psi with the key in the on position and then it jumps to about 62 at idle, and even then it just bounces around at idle. Is that normal? The book says if the psi doesnt drop once turned on, to add pressure to the pressure regulator and if it drops to repair the vacuum line going to the pressure regulator. If it still doesnt drop replace the pressure regulator. Does any of this make sense? Im lost and want my car runnin good again.

i had a similar problem, but only when it rained or there was moisture in the air.. i didnt have a hose clamp on my maf-to-TB connection and water/moisture was getting in and messing things up. check to make sure you arent getting moisture down in there. lemme know what you find.

if you have a bad misfire i would check your plugs, you might have cracked one or two which would cause it to misfire... but if the 02 is having no activity, make sure it's connected to the harness and if so then i would prob replace that one, do you have LT's? whats all done to your car that would help also... if your o2 is not working that make the car act really really funny... the o2 could be causing all of that i believe... chances are it's your o2's... but check everything else first since you can do that yourself for free and not have to pay anything and if all checks out i would go the o2 route... could be a fuse. The maf and o2s are on the same fuse. That would make sense.

i just replaced my plugs the other night. and my o2's were replaced about a week and a half ago. so would i have that issue with the moisture even after the rain? cause that is when it starts,(when it rains) but it still seemed to be doin it. ill check the maf and o2 fuse. didnt know about that. but i was under the impresion that since i had a speed density tune i didnt need my maf.
here is a list of mods done to the car:
Ls1 Stroked 383
Callies crank
Scat H-beams
Diamond pistons
MS4 Camshaft
Stock ls6 heads
Long tube Headers
FIPK II Air filter setup
ARP Head and Main Studs
speed density tune
and still stuck with Ls1 intake/throttle body

did you burn a o2 wire on you header. That would cause it to freak out if you drive when its wet out.

When's the last time you change your fuel filter?
A clogged filter would cause it to act wack like that.
