did your t-top lock fall out and hit in the head while you were driving with the windows down, making you think that someone threw something at you?

that's what happened to me.

i might need one too.

No. It's been that way since I bought the car. I've just never gotten around to fixing it. Is your lock missing from the t-top?

yes. i thought that i had a 'tech link bookmarked that showed the adjustment (disassembly and reassembly) of the t-tops but I cannot seem to find it.

Its just a little black sliding clip. Its u shaped with a tab on the end to push it over the lock cylinder. Should have a few of them on ebay...this is almost exactly what it looks like
