Default (ATX Area) Borrow an inch-pound torque wrench?

Does anyone in the Austin area have an inch-pound torque wrench that I could borrow for one day at the most? It is for torquing my lifter trays back down after I see how the lifters look. The head is already off.

Thanks 'tech.
