Sadly I think the BL Supra has been faster with a 2JZ (7.59 @ 189), stock suspension and a single tubro... Sucks that guy wasn't good/smart enough to do the same... Oh well still that is def. hauling some major ***!

They are running 5.20s on only 16lbs of boost and the car is all over the track. Motors built to handle 38lbs. You do the math. When they get the suspension right to handle the power Im sure it will be impressive. If he's competitive in the 10.5 classes hes going to have to get it in the 4.80s. I know you guys love the 2jz's but come on give credit where credit is due.

Talked to my brother this morning and he said that car if its the same one from the Supra forums has been around for awhile now and has ran for awhile now. He is still trying to get it down the track and last he checked it was IRS. I will give him credit for sticking with the stock suspension that is for sure! If it does run some 4.8s then props to him for sure!

I gave it credit if you didn't read LOL! I don't know why he didn't start off with a better chassis though? Why would he want to start with IRS or is that a ladder bar car? If it is a ladder bar car I'm really not that impressed considering there are Mustang chassis with a little more ci (427 vs 454) that are running 4.60s on 315 DR's on stock suspension!

Here is a friend of my family. He is in Huntsville Alabama. The same day he put this car together, he went home, cleaned up, loaded up and drove it down to the Houston area. No test miles before the long trip. Just got in it and hit the road.

I have no doubts about Boost Logic and a few others have been faster/quicker in a supra and yes some of them have done with a 6 speed. It says in the video that the owner is a competitive 10.5 racer so I would think being consistent is better than getting the lucky fastest pass every now and then.

The BL Race Car Supra is a Glide powered car. SW's BL Supra was the 6speed car (The 7.9X car).

LIKE POWELL said, BL/TITAN have built quicker cars that ran 10.5..running stock IRS AND REAR ENDS..I bet that no other cars running that fast could say that!!!!!
my simple 2JZ powered 240 ran 5.2x on 10.5s with a stock IRS and an OEM rear end...we ran quicker everytime we took the car out..i know it would have dipped into the 4.9x if we sprayed the 225 shot all the way down the track...i just decided to sell the car
and let me REMIND ALL OF YOU GUYs HERE WHO IS SITTING ON TOP ON THE ADRL 10.5 points leader...
GARY WHITE with a puny little 2JZ motor...
RCC..so tell me who has a more consistent motor/set-up????
and since you are aiming for the mile...up until the last MILE event..what kind of motor/set-up was winning that event?

As far as the mile cars, I wouldnt call any of the record setters consistent. Cars with that much power will make one or two runs and do something extraordinary and then blow up or break something.
