Default Any fuel haulers in Tx?

Im looking to start hauling fuel. Anything I need to know before applying? I have all the endorsments and clean background and MVR. I have hauled tankers before so thats nothing new to me. I just want to get an idea of pay rates, trips, how long are u out, stuff like that. Any info would be great thanks.

They can't get enough qualified drivers in S TX (Laredo area) to haul oil in the Eagleford Shale. I imagine pay is pretty good to attract drivers, but I have no idea about the details.

Check with Gazelle and Taylor. I know they are both haulers who need drivers.

Depends on what you want to do. If you want OTR, then there is plenty of places around the Houston area that will do that. Local is probably going to be harder to get, since most people prefer that. My dad did it for about 15 yrs, and he has done everything from gasoline to acetylene and other welding gases
