Help ok guys i have a 95 camaro with a lt1 and I was driving it today and it just quit runnning and i tried to restart it the battery was dead so i jumped it off and drove it about a mile.then the tranny would not shift right and it only let it get to about 3500 rpm and then it just died and nothing would come on so i tried to jump it off again and would not jump off so i towed the car home went and had the battery tested and they said the battery was still good.so has anyone else had this problem

did someone tell you that you spun a bearing or did you see it for yourself?

he looked at the fuse saying it was good after i told him to replace it, which he didn't. so i started diagnosing and asked him if he had replaced it which he then had a smirk on his face. i pulled the fuse and it looked fine, but it was blown.

Should be titled "Bad battery causes spun main bearing" because thats how LT1s do it. Just like "Water pump went out and totaled my distributor" Oh wait that does happen!
