i have for my 95 z28 and the fitment was OK except the fact the headers rubbed against the steering column i wouldn't buy them just save your money and buy pacesetter that is what i eventually had to buy because the eBay headers ate my steering column

Mine fit pretty decent for being $180 and stainless.

Hit the kmember, but I don't even hear it rattling or anything.
They'll dyno "basically" the same as any other longtube.

Other than them having the stupid O2 bung on the outside of the collector rather than the inside, I'm happy with them.

The price is just so good if they fit OK as long as there isn't any drastic interference with anything I'd be OK with it

you must not have had the pacesetter clones then..

My pacesette clones where super easy, Passenger side slid right in, its my understanding that 98 specific had to cut a small casting tab off the block so we did that and the driver side slid right in as well..

Mine warped after six months and I got rid of them for some used pacesetters.

mine did wonderful....
i had to clearance both sides of the k member with a die grinder and stick a large pipe in the collector area and pull it down just a bit so i could make my exhaust piping clear the floor pan.
NOT A PROBLEM.. i would do it again for the price.
$200 shipped to my shop

If by "basically the same" you mean "far worse than" then yeah I would agree.

Prove me wrong and I'll retract the statement.

Pretty much all the ones on ebay are clones, most of Hooker IIRC.

Mine were the same way but mine are supercomps. They are ease to install but I think for 180 you are going to get what you pay for as well.

I don't have to sniff a piece of **** to identify it. Spend your Money how you choose but just know that there is a reason they are a fifth of the price of a quality header.

"You always get what you pay for ALWAYS", then can explain the Ford Mustang LMFAO JK. How do you tell which set of ebay headers copy which name brand set before you order them?

I have Kooks on my car only because it came with them. Awesome header by far...

I have worked on a lot of cars with e-bay headers and they all seem to fit pretty decent. For $500.00/$600.00 savings it's worth it to some to have to do a little massaging.

mine went on ok, there was a slight issue sliding the driver side in, but once it went on it was fine..... untill i had to replace my clutch and the header wouldn't allow much play in angle. doesnt helpt when you're doing it on the floor.

Cause they don't have a big name on them? I've had mine for two years and they worked out fine for me. Not only that but they have that nice blue tint to em too. Best bang for your buck.

Easy there, I never said any of the quality brand name headers were bad or that ebay ones were just as good.

You pay for brand name, fitment, and customer service first.
May there be a slight difference in a net dyno?
Possibly, but most are designed VERY similarly.
I would bet under 5rwhp difference, which wouldn't be measurable anyway because the dyno itself or the car could fluctuate in that amount...

I seriously considered the TSP stainless ones, no doubt they're badass and great for the price, but I wanted a y pipe and catback as well and didn't want to wait.

Don't really regret the purchase at all, I could have easily fixed the O2 sensor bung placement if I had noticed before I put it in, a minor inconvenience.
