the number of Goats on the road compared to F-Bodies is probably the main reason you dont see many period let alone fast gto's i know of 2 locally that are on the street racing scene and one is has a maggie (probably mid-high 11's) and the other is a bolt on 6 liter(low 12's) but thats it for all of the gto's i know of.

TJ has a F/I GTO. Have not seen it around lately, just rolling through Kemah last time I was out there. Its a 800+ RWHP car. There is some GTOs that come out to the meets that run pretty well. They range from stock to h/c/n cars. Prob mid 10s to mid 12s

From the dig, my wife should be just as fast as any GTO running stock heads, stock cam, stock manifolds, stock cats, stock resonator, stock transmission, stock converter, stock rims & tires.
