Default TX2K12 track safety question

How strict are they on safety equipment for TX2K12? I just dont wanna try to go do some fun runs and be like you ran a 10.5x take your street car home.

Its not that strict. Bring your helmet and jacket etc. Should be fine. There was a AWD porsche 911 vert out there last yr with paper tags on it running bottom 11s and once a 10.90 something and I think he had a polo shirt and a helmet. Stock car was flying.

What about passing over 150mph? I might enter as well in the street car class. Adding a new blower in the morning and should hit 155mph, but don't have a chute.

Well from expierence with that track, they are very lax out there. I went 9.90's in my old S10 with out a cage or fire suit. I only had a helmet. I didn't go that fast mph wise but the shutdown is fairly short. It comes up real quick. I trapped 138mph. So if you think you will need a chute, put it on.

Thanks, man! Come ride in my car, Derrick with my custom cam and a G-Force Speed Density tune. Then take a ride in your car(which I've driven), and tell me the difference and what you like more. Choose your shop wisely and move along quickly if you are not happy. BTW, your car looks sick still. Give me a call this next week.
