NGK TR5's @ .045, I am only running this small of a gap so I can get away with the lower grade fuel for now. I think most of the newer gm engines are gapped @ .040 for this reason.

The TR5 & TR55 are the same plug, same heat range, just come with a different gap out of the box.
I'll find the post about the smaller gaps, GM did it for a reason but can't remember but every application is different, my car is pretty much stock.
