First time at the track with the 5.3/A4. What do you think?
Heres what the set up consists of.
2002 LM7 120k
Comp Cams 224/230 .538/.538 114+4
Hardened pushrods
Comp 918's
Spl Billet double roller timing chain
Ported MAF
Ported TB
Pacesetter ceramic 1 3/4" with ORY into a dumped bullet
Built A4 w/TCI 3600 Stall TC
Stock M6 rear w/3.42's
Tires are Firehawk wide ovals in 295/35/18
RT: .70 Sleeping I know....
60ft.: 2.0
E.T.: 14.3
MPH: 96
There was very minimal spinning coming off the line since I eased into it. I did almost Identical numbers with my old cheapo gen 1 set up. I think The tune might be a little on the conservative side being that it was only street tuned. It runs nice and smooth through out the whole rpm range but it just seems like I should be doing way better than this. What do you think?

You still have a lot of room for improvement. I put a Stock 5.3 in a Trans Am and it would run with a stock LS1 car. You would never know it was a 5.3 in his car by the way it ran.

What was your DA like? That seems way way way low. I would expect that combo to run with a stock LS1 car and with the ASR on and launching mine low the first time I ran mine it was a 13.7 at 103. 2.2 60 foot.
