Default 3" Dual Full Length exhaust for F-body(Mandrel bent) w/pics

I recently had a local shop fabricate me a custom 3" Dual Exhaust setup to go with my 6LE 3" lipped exhaust tips.
The car has a built motor and previously had true duals on it and I was getting tired of riding around and not being able to talk on the phone at the same time.
The car had bullets on it and now has 12" twister mufflers exiting the rear.
Everything is v-banded clamped, so no leaks whatsoever.
The exhaust tucks up VERY nice!
I will try to get a clearance picture under the car and also make a video for you guys.
Since the car has a plastic gas tank and I removed the heat shield, I will probably wrap the rear section in header wrap for safe measure.
I could not be happier with the outcome.
Hope you guys enjoy the pictures!

Very nice. How much did this cost? Did you use part of your old duals? I assume mild steel?

Thank you.
I cannot disclose the price, but I will say this...it was cheaper than the Kooks TD stainless system(of course).

No, I did not use part of my old TD's, they will be for sale whenever I get a chance to post them up.
I saw the exhaust extensions on EBAY, but they are for under the axle and I wasn't about to do that to such a clean car.

Correct, mild steel.

The shop is in North Ft. Worth.
He is not a sponsor on here, so I don't think I can post his number.

Looks real good Justin and I think it sounds a hell of a lot better too. Even with your car lowered there is still plenty of ground clearance, more then the old duals.

Thanks and I couldn't agree more!
I've had a few people inquire about the sound, so here is a video I just made...

Sure, here are pictures from 3 sides, ground clearance is unreal, but there are a few tricks to how he builds them.

Looks nice but kooks is show and go and will last forever thats why it cost so much but it really nice too bad it is not stainless that would of been really sweet/ the only issue i have is that black paint will burn off and then rust will show through later.
But the work is really good

I've owned plenty of Kook's products and I agree that stainless looks better but with my exhaust setup, I didn't want to cut up a brand new Kooks system.
This exhaust will last much longer than I will own this car.
It's mild steel painted with high temp paint, it might burn around the header but he has had no problems from other customers.
If it does, I'll just repaint it.
